Oak, Ash and Walnut Chopping Board XL
I have two Oak, Ash and Walnut boards made earlier this year. This XL board is 51cm x 25cm and is perfect for use as a daily chopping board or for special occasions as a serving board. I like this design so much I have one as my own daily workhorse! At 16mm thick it keeps the weight down, making it very easy to manoeuvre around the kitchen.
Finished with my own blend of mineral oil and beeswax.
Care Instructions.
Hand wash and dry immediately, leave to dry completely on its edge with plenty airflow around it. When it begins to lose its lustre it can be revived with a rub of shop bought cutting board oil. Please don't ever leave to soak or put it in the dishwasher.
